One of Canada’s leading public intellectuals, John Ralston Saul is co-chair of the Institute for Canadian Citizenship, and initiated its annual LaFontaine-Baldwin Symposium, featuring major Canadian and international thinkers.  His many books have been translated into 28 languages, and include The Comeback (2014); A Fair Country: Telling Truths About Canada (2008), and The Unconscious Civilization(1995).
